Bird Spike & Bird Net Installation Project
AL WAHA Bird Control successfully completed a comprehensive bird control project at Zakir Palace in Al Ain, where persistent pigeon infestation was affecting the appearance, cleanliness, and maintenance of the property. Pigeons were frequently roosting and nesting on decorative ledges, architectural features, elevated surfaces, and building facades, resulting in bird droppings, nesting materials, and ongoing contamination concerns.
After a detailed site inspection, our team designed and installed a customized bird control solution combining stainless steel bird spikes and high-quality bird netting systems to protect vulnerable areas throughout the palace. Bird spikes were strategically installed on ledges, decorative stone features, cornices, and elevated resting points to prevent pigeons from landing and roosting. Bird netting was installed in selected areas where additional exclusion protection was required.
All installations were carried out by our trained technicians using proper safety equipment, elevated access platforms, and industry-approved installation methods to ensure a discreet and long-lasting solution while preserving the architectural beauty of the property.
Following the successful completion of the project, pigeon activity was completely eliminated from the protected areas. The building façade now remains clean, hygienic, and protected, while all critical ledges and elevated surfaces are secured against future bird infestations.
Today, Zakir Palace benefits from a reliable long-term bird control system that preserves the property’s prestigious appearance and protects the building from bird-related damage and contamination.
